In a vibrant ceremony held at the Odumalife Academy Training Centre, over 50 young men and women graduated, marking another milestone in the Crown Prince’s mission to empower the next generation of entrepreneurs and leaders.
The graduation ceremony was graced by His Royal Highness Ezelekhae Ewuare, Crown Prince of the Benin Kingdom, whose inspiring words challenged the graduates to become “ambassadors of innovation, responsibility, and cultural pride.”
Odumalife Academy, founded in 2018, has remained at the forefront of skills acquisition and entrepreneurship training in the region. The Academy offers courses in:
Speaking at the event, the Crown Prince emphasized the importance of self-reliance and community service, stating:
“Our culture has always valued hard work and wisdom. Today, you carry this legacy forward through your skills, creativity, and drive to build a better society.”
Several graduates shared their personal journeys, describing how the Academy helped them discover their passions and build sustainable careers.
One graduate, Ivie Osamede, now runs her own digital design studio, while another, Osaze Uhunoma, launched a tech repair business serving local communities.
Odumalife Academy’s impact is already being felt across industries, with graduates creating jobs and mentoring younger talents in their communities.
The Academy plans to expand its curriculum in the coming months to include courses in artificial intelligence, renewable energy, and tourism entrepreneurship, further equipping the youth for global opportunities.
His Royal Highness reaffirmed his commitment to education, social empowerment, and cultural preservation, encouraging private and public partners to join hands in building an empowered society.
